Our main rehabilitation facility is located only 20 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, in Altona Meadows.
The location offers convenient access to public transport, and is close to shops and other local amenities that are accessed as part of our real-life approach to rehabilitation. The community-based setting allows people to re-learn the skills they need to live with increased independence.
Our facilities provide a comfortable, home-like space for the people we support. Communal areas allow for socialising and practising daily-living skills, while individual bedrooms with ensuites allow for privacy. Our guests are encouraged to personalise their living space and generally make themselves at home.

Transitional Living Unit
ReNew also offers a Transitional Living Unit adjacent to the service
facility. This enables a staged transition to independent living by
providing a step between the rehabilitation program and the person’s
