Rehabilitation Support Workers – Permanent and Casual
Rehabilitation Support Workers are integral to supporting the model of rehabilitation. Reporting to the Team Senior, successful candidates will assist the people we support to perform the basic functions of everyday living. You will contribute to the planning and implementation of a comprehensive range of activities based on individual program plans and will assist people with their development and practices necessary to enable them to live within the community. Extensive, specialised training will be provided.

Based in Altona Meadows
Team Leaders and Rehabilitation Support Workers on permanent contract will be expected to work to a three week rolling rotation including some evenings and weekends.

Team Leader
Lead, advise and support workers in the execution of their tasks and to act as direct supervisor for rehabilitation support workers. Also, supervise and develop a team of rehabilitation support workers as enablers, guiding, supporting and assisting people with acquired brain injury in the performance of daily living functions; development of personal skills and potential.

Chef
The Chef is responsible for the preparation and cooking of meals, ordering of food supplies and supervising of staff in the kitchen.
